You retain ownership of any data or input you submit through our Services. However, by submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Everyday Presentation Planner (EPP)

The EPP is a digital planning and productivity tool designed to help users create professional presentation outlines.

You may:

  • Use the EPP for your own business or personal presentation planning purposes

  • Export and edit generated outlines for your own work

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the tool or its generated templates

  • Use it for unlawful, unethical, or misleading purposes

  • Upload proprietary, confidential, or restricted company data into the generator

The EPP and its underlying prompt structure, logic, and templates are proprietary trade secrets owned by Simply Training Solutions, LLC.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase coaching sessions, workshops, digital products, or subscription-based tools:

  • Fees are displayed at checkout or within the platform

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (e.g., Stripe)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal

Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary by product. Unless otherwise stated, coaching sessions and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

6. Communications

By using our Services, you may receive transactional or service-related emails (e.g., confirmations, updates, receipts).
You may also choose to opt in to receive educational or marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, suitability, or availability.

The information, coaching, and digital tools provided are for educational and professional development purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
