I work with leaders to help you clarify goals, develop strategies, work through workplace challenges, provide feedback to your team, set firm boundaries for yourself, and hold you accountable for honoring the commitments you make to yourself. We will celebrate wins (big and small) and work on strengthening your personal brand.
Initial Strategy Session
Our first session will be 90 minutes where I’ll learn more about you, your work, and your goals. We will work together to establish between 1-3 specific goals you will work on over the course of the 3-month engagement. You will receive a one page action plan that will serve as the guide for our coaching sessions.
Month #1 - Implementation
In month one we will meet two times for 60 minutes each via Zoom. In our session we will address challenges, strategies, best practices, self-care, and ensure you are on track to accomplish the goals set in your initial strategy session. We will also pause to celebrate the progress you are making!
Month #2 - Plan Check-in
In month two we will meet twice for 60 minutes each via Zoom and do a mid-program check in to assess progress towards goals and address any challenges or setbacks. We will make adjustments to the plan as needed and identify pathways for continuing to move towards accomplishing your goals.
Month #3 - Celebrations & Next Steps
Month three we will meet two times for 60 minutes each via Zoom. In our session we will discuss outcomes from the past three months and develop a go forward plan to provide you with directions on how to keep the momentum you gained from the program going. We will also pause to celebrate the progress you have made!

How do I know if I need a coach?
- You need clarity on focus areas for professional development and determining what’s next in your leadership career
- You are struggling with setting and enforcing boundaries

Your program starts with an initial 90- minute Strategy Session that will take place via Zoom. Within 72 business hours of the Strategy Session you will receive a One Page Action Plan based on the goals we establish in our initial call. In months 1, 2, & 3 we will meet twice per month for 60-minutes each via Zoom. You will also have access to our coaching portal for the duration of the coaching engagement. In the portal you can upload documents for feedback, share updates, and send messages. You will also have unlimited email support (during business hours) for the full program.
What days/times can I schedule sessions?
Once you sign your client agreement you will receive access to the coaching calendar. There are a variety of flexible times for you to schedule your sessions at a time that works best for you. Sessions are available weekly in the early morning, late afternoon, evenings and one Saturday per month.
