As your coach, my goal is to equip you with the encouragement, knowledge, tools, and practical strategies needed to lead with confidence and impact. My approach is grounded in integrity, honesty, and trust. I will meet you where you are, help you clarify where you want to go, and guide you in building the skills to get there. Beyond the traditional coaching relationship, I also serve as your strategist, advisor, and thought partner, helping you connect insight to action.

Program Overview
A focused, high-touch coaching experience built around your real leadership challenges and goals. We begin with a 30 minute introduction session to clarify priorities, assess your leadership style, and identify areas for growth. Over the course of three months, we’ll focus on strengthening your strategic thinking, communication, and influence through practical frameworks, targeted feedback, and real-world application. Each session is designed to help you lead with greater confidence, clarity, and impact. You’ll leave with a personalized leadership roadmap, measurable progress toward your goals, and tools to sustain your growth long after the program ends.

Your Coaching Journey
Initial Strategy Session
Our first session will be 90 minutes where I’ll learn more about you, your work, and your goals. We will work together to establish between 1-3 specific goals you will work on over the course of the 3-month engagement. You will receive a one page action plan that will serve as the guide for our coaching sessions.
Month 1 - Implementation
In month one we will meet two times for 60 minutes each via Zoom. In our session we will address challenges, strategies, best practices, self-care, and ensure you are on track to accomplish the goals set in your initial strategy session. We will also pause to celebrate the progress you are making!
Month - 2 Plan Check-in
In month two we will meet twice for 60 minutes each via Zoom and do a mid-program check in to assess progress towards goals and address any challenges or setbacks. We will make adjustments to the plan as needed and identify pathways for continuing to move towards accomplishing your goals.
Month #3 - Celebrations & Next Steps
Month three we will meet two times for 60 minutes each via Zoom. In our session we will discuss outcomes from the past three months and develop a go forward plan to provide you with directions on how to keep the momentum you gained from the program going. We will also pause to celebrate the progress you have made!

In each coaching session, Summer provided clear, actionable next steps. The sessions helped me to realize how important it is to put my mental health first. Once you sign your client agreement you will receive access to the coaching calendar. There are a variety of flexible times for you to schedule your sessions at a time that works best for you. Sessions are available weekly in the early morning, late afternoon, evenings and one Saturday per month.
