Public Speaking VIP Day
The VIP Experience
For senior leaders whose expertise is unquestioned but whose voice in the room doesn’t yet match their value.
You’ve built credibility through results. But at senior levels, technical excellence is assumed; what gets noticed is how you communicate in the moments that matter.
The Public Speaking VIP Day is a private, in-person experience in Dallas designed for leaders preparing for a high-stakes moment: the board presentation, the investor pitch, the all-hands where you need hundreds of people aligned behind a strategy. But the real value isn’t the talk itself, it’s the strategic communication skills, delivery instincts, and executive presence you’ll carry into every room after.

Overview of the Day
In six focused hours, we’ll use your upcoming presentation as the training ground for how you show up as a leader. We’ll build your message architecture, sharpen your delivery and executive presence, stress-test with tough Q&A, and equip you with tools to manage nerves under pressure. You’ll leave with more than a polished talk, you’ll leave knowing how to prepare intentionally and communicate at the level your role now demands.
Meet Summer
I first stepped onto a stage to facilitate a training in 2011, and I was terrified. Up until then, I was an introverted book lover with no aspirations of public speaking. But something shifted for me that day; I realized that speaking wasn’t about performance; it was about impact. That perspective helped me release the fear and lean into growth. With the help of coaching and training (hello Toastmasters!), I honed my skills, and what once scared me most has become one of my favorite things to do.
Since then, I’ve delivered hundreds of talks and training sessions for thousands of leaders around the world. From in-person sessions in Sydney, Australia, and São Paulo, Brazil, to virtual sessions with leaders in India, China, the UK, Canada, and across the U.S., I know what it takes to connect with an audience in any setting.
What I love most is working with leaders who already have the knowledge, expertise, and results, but whose message and delivery don’t yet reflect that level of brilliance. Helping leaders align their voice with their values is where the transformation happens, and it’s why I created this experience.
To support that transformation, I bring not only global speaking experience but also a strong foundation of professional training: a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, certifications in Insights Discovery, the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and DEI&B from Stanford, along with a certificate in Educating Adults from DePaul University.
Here’s what I know: your ability to use your voice with clarity and confidence shapes how others experience your leadership. This VIP Day is designed to give you more than preparation for a single talk. You’ll walk away with the tools, instincts, and confidence to show up as a leader in any speaking moment, whether it’s a team meeting, a boardroom, or a big stage.
Your Investment
What to Expect
A focused, high-touch experience anchored by a real, upcoming moment but designed to build skills that last. We align on goals in a 1-hour pre-session strategy call, then spend your VIP Day in Dallas developing your message, sharpening executive presence, and pressure-testing with tough Q&A. You’ll leave with a repeatable rehearsal blueprint, a personalized public speaking guide, and the confidence to show up differently in every leadership moment going forward. The 1-hour post-session integration call ensures what you’ve learned translates to your real work.
Develop Your Message
Using a proven framework you’ll return to again and again, we’ll architect your core message, craft a compelling opening, and shape key points for your upcoming presentation while teaching you how to do this for any future high-stakes moment.
Command Executive Presence
Through targeted delivery coaching, we’ll sharpen the habits that shape how people experience your leadership (tone, pacing, posture, and presence) so you project authority and connection in any room, not just this one.
Rehearsal Plan Blueprint
We’ll build a step-by-step rehearsal cadence, timed run-throughs, checkpoints, and feedback loops you can reuse for every future talk.
Master Tough Q&A
We’ll build your Q&A instincts – bridging, reframing, buying time – through realistic hot-seat scenarios. These techniques become reflexive, serving you in every challenging conversation ahead.
Remain Calm Under Pressure
We’ll build your personal toolkit for managing nerves, including breathing, grounding, and mindset resets, so you can access calm under pressure whenever you need it, not just for this talk.

Who This Is For
Designed for senior leaders and executives preparing for a high-stakes moment, a keynote, board presentation, all-hands, or promotion panel who want to use that moment as the catalyst for lasting growth in how they communicate and show up.
Also for founders and entrepreneurs gearing up for investor pitches, product launches, or flagship talks who are ready to develop the executive presence their role demands.
This is for you if your expertise is unquestioned, but you’ve realized that results alone don’t translate to influence at senior levels. If you’re ready for intensive, personalized coaching that builds skills you’ll use long after your upcoming talk, you’re in the right place.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the session confidential?
Absolutely. We will both sign a confidentiality agreement, and everything discussed or created during your VIP Day, including draft slides and scripts, is kept private.
How is the VIP Day different from your multi‑month coaching?
The VIP Day is an immersive, high-intensity experience anchored by a specific upcoming presentation. It includes a one-hour pre-session strategy call, six hours of in-person coaching with a working lunch, and a one-hour post-session integration call. While the multi-month coaching program provides ongoing development and accountability over time, the VIP Day fast-tracks your executive presence and communication skills through deep, focused practice. Many clients find that the frameworks and instincts developed during the VIP Day continue serving them for years. It’s a lasting capability shift, not just event prep.
What should I bring or prepare for my VIP Day?
Plan to send your draft materials (slides, outline, audience details and context) at least 2 weeks before the session. Bring a notebook or device for taking notes and wear comfortable clothes suitable for speaking practice. Having a clear goal for your upcoming presentation helps us target our time together.
Can I reschedule my VIP Day?
Because this is a premium offering with limited availability (1–2 dates per quarter), rescheduling requires at least one week’s notice. We’ll work with you to find the next available date that fits our schedules; a reschedule fee may apply if notice is shorter.
Do you offer virtual VIP Days?
The VIP Day is designed as an in‑person experience in Dallas, Texas, to maximize focus and feedback. In extraordinary circumstances, we can discuss a virtual intensive, but the default and most effective format is in person.

What types of speaking occasions is the VIP Day best for?
This experience is ideal for keynotes, board or ELT presentations, meetings, training prep, investor reviews, or any other high‑stakes moment where your presence and message must land perfectly. If you’re at a point where your results outpace your visibility, and you’re ready to close that gap, you’re eligible.
Is media training included?
No. The VIP Day focuses on executive presence, content clarity, delivery, storytelling and handling tough Q&A for live presentations. Media‑specific training (interviews, press conferences, TV appearances) requires a different skill set and isn’t part of this offering.
What’s included in the investment?
Your $7.5k investment covers the one‑hour pre‑session call, six‑hour in‑person day with lunch, customized content development and practice, real‑time feedback on tone and presence, a tailored Public Speaking Guide outlining strengths and growth areas, and a one‑hour post‑session integration call to reinforce your progress.
Do I have to be a senior leader to book a VIP Day?
This experience is ideal for keynotes, board or ELT presentations, investor pitches, all-hands meetings, or any high-stakes moment where your presence and message must land. But beyond the specific occasion, it’s for leaders who want to use that moment as the training ground for showing up with more confidence, clarity, and presence in every room going forward.
How far in advance should I schedule my VIP Day?
Because availability is limited to one or two dates per quarter, it’s best to reserve your session several weeks in advance. Once we select a date, you’ll complete a pre‑session call to outline goals and share materials.
Can I bring a colleague or team member to my VIP Day?
The VIP Day is designed as a one‑on‑one experience to maximize focus and feedback. If you need coaching for a team presentation or multiple presenters, I can create a separate engagement tailored to that need.
