Bridge the Gap Between Vision and Action With Strategic Storytelling

You’ve got great ideas, but you either don’t communicate them, overcommunicate them, or they are simply not landing.

Maybe you’ve proposed something smart that got stalled in endless feedback loops.
Maybe your initiative fizzled because one key department didn’t get on board.
Or maybe you just feel drained having to “convince” people who don’t seem to see what you see.

The problem isn’t your idea.
It’s the story you’re telling or not telling.

In today’s workplace, influence isn’t about authority; it’s about translation. The leaders who can tailor a message to what each audience cares about are the ones who actually move change forward.

This session will show you how.

Meet The Instructor

Summer Alexander

Hey, I’m Summer Alexander, a Public Speaking and Leadership Coach who helps leaders communicate with confidence and lead with influence.

I’ve spent more than 15 years designing and facilitating leadership programs for global organizations, teaching thousands of leaders how to communicate in ways that move people to action.

My approach is human-centered, practical, and a little unconventional because I believe learning should feel like a real conversation, not a lecture.

When I teach, my goal is simple: to help you understand why certain communication strategies work and give you tools you can use right away in your next meeting, presentation, or conversation.

By the end of our time together, I want you to feel equipped, encouraged, and ready to show up as the kind of leader people want to listen to.
