Executive Presence Coaching
Executive Presence Coaching for Leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth
Your expertise may have earned you a seat in the room. How you communicate helps determine what happens once you are there.
I provide executive presence and public speaking coaching for managers, directors, executives, senior individual contributors, and entrepreneurs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My coaching helps leaders communicate their ideas clearly, respond with composure, and demonstrate the confidence and credibility their work requires.
I am based in Frisco and work with clients throughout Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, and the surrounding area. Virtual coaching is available nationwide, and select intensive coaching experiences are available in person in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Executive Presence Shows Up in Everyday Moments
Executive presence is built through the way you communicate during the moments that fill your workweek. People experience it when you lead a meeting, explain a recommendation, provide an update, respond to a difficult question, or advocate for the resources your team needs.
Strong executive presence helps people understand your thinking and trust your judgment. It allows you to communicate with clarity while remaining grounded in your own voice and leadership style.
Coaching may be useful when you:
- Know your subject deeply but struggle to explain it concisely.
- Over-explain when speaking with senior leaders.
- Hold back in meetings where your perspective could shape the decision.
- Lose your main point when someone challenges your recommendation.
- Want your delivery to reflect greater confidence and authority.
- Are stepping into a role with more visibility or responsibility.
- Need to prepare for an important presentation, briefing, panel, or meeting.
What We May Work On
Your coaching experience is shaped around your role, goals, and current communication habits. We identify the areas that will make the greatest difference in how you are understood and experienced as a leader.
Clear and Concise Communication
Organize your thoughts, lead with your main point, select the details your audience needs, and end with a clear recommendation or next step.
Executive Presence and Delivery
Strengthen the vocal and physical habits that shape credibility, including pace, pausing, posture, eye contact, volume, and vocal authority.
Presentations and Executive Updates
Structure workplace presentations so your audience can follow your thinking, understand the significance, and act on your message.
Questions and Pushback
Practice responding to difficult questions without becoming defensive, over-explaining, or losing the point you need the room to remember.
Strategic Storytelling
Use relevant stories, examples, and data to make complex information easier to understand and remember.
Workplace Influence
Communicate recommendations and requests in a way that builds support across functions, leadership levels, and stakeholder groups.
A Learning and Development Approach to Coaching
I bring more than 15 years of experience designing and facilitating leadership development experiences for global organizations. My approach is grounded in adult learning, organizational leadership, human-centered design, and the practical realities leaders navigate at work.
Coaching includes instruction, live practice, reflection, direct feedback, and repetition. You will understand what to change, practice the strategy, and build a process you can continue using after our work ends.
When appropriate, we can use an actual presentation or workplace communication challenge. You never need to disclose confidential or proprietary information. We can anonymize the details, adapt the situation, or use realistic general scenarios that develop the same communication skills.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer executive presence coaching in person in Dallas?
Yes. I am based in Frisco and offer select in-person coaching experiences in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My three-month public speaking coaching program is delivered virtually, and the Public Speaking VIP Day is available in person in Dallas.
Is executive presence coaching the same as public speaking coaching?
The two areas often overlap. Public speaking coaching addresses how you prepare, structure, and deliver a message. Executive presence coaching also considers how people perceive your confidence, judgment, credibility, and leadership in your communication. My work brings these skills together around the workplace situations you need to navigate.
Can coaching help me stop rambling or over-explaining?
Yes. We can work on organizing your thoughts, leading with your point, selecting relevant context, and ending with a clear recommendation or request. You will practice these skills aloud and receive direct feedback so the new approach becomes easier to use at work.
Do I need to be an executive to work with you?
No. I work with managers, directors, senior individual contributors, entrepreneurs, executives, and other professionals whose communication affects their credibility and influence. Coaching is especially useful when your role requires you to present ideas, lead conversations, or communicate with senior stakeholders.
Can my employer pay for coaching?
Some employers use leadership development, professional development, or education funds to cover coaching. I can provide a program overview, invoice, and supporting information for you to share with your manager, Human Resources team, or Learning and Development department.
